Biography: Changzhan Gu is an Adjunct Research Associate in the ECE Dept at Texas Tech University. He is joining the industry in California as a Senior RF Systems Engineer. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Texas Tech University in May 2013. He was a graduate student at the University of Florida, where he was the recipient of the Graduate Alumni Fellowship.He got a M.S. degree from UF in May 2010. He received the B.S./M.S. degrees in Info & Electronic Engineering from Zhejiang University in 2006 and 2008, respectively. He was the recipient of the 2013 IEEE MTT-S Graduate Fellowship, the 2013 Texas Tech Horn Professors Graduate Achievement Award, and the 2012 Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-Financed Students Abroad. He was also the recipient/co-recipient of 5 best paper awards in IEEE RF/microwave conferences. Especially he was finalist in the paper contest of IEEE Radio and Wireless Week for three consecutive years, and won Best Paper Award in first, second and fourth places, in 2013, 2012, and 2011, respectively. |
