Save the frogs!

To celebrate Save The Frogs Day and raise awareness about the worldwide amphibian decline, the Bernal Lab organized an event to have the largest gathering of people wearing frog masks. For this event we handed out hundreds of frog masks that had information about what we all can do to help save the frogs in our community.

This event was a success! We raised awareness of about amphibian conservation and we gathered over 500 people wearing frog masks at the same time and location. I am very excited and extremely proud of the great job carried by the undergraduate and graduate students in my lab, but also proud of our community at Tech that quickly responded positively to our plea for amphibians!
